Because of supporters like you, 100% of CYD graduates completed high school, 95% enrolled in a post-secondary program, 75% are either still enrolled or have earned their degree, and 35% of alumni who earned a bachelor’s have earned their master’s degree!

We cannot do this work alone. Your support ensures we can continue offering the resources, relationships, and opportunities that make a lasting difference for our young people and their futures.

TOOLS FOR SUCCESS!

At different times of the year we provide the vital tools youth need for academic success:

Back-to-School Supplies: At the beginning of each school year, we host a Back-to-School Cookout and supply fifty backpacks filled with essential school supplies for students. The cost per bag is $75!
Graduation Technology Resources: We recognize academic achievements and celebrate high school graduates transitioning to college. We provide laptops to entering college students to ensure they have the technology needed to succeed. The cost per laptop is $500, and this year we need five laptops to give to our graduates.

HOW can I be a CYD Holiday Hero? Here are the two ways to be a Holiday Hero!

SHOP + PURCHASE GIFTS (Prior to 12/5!) Email info@createyourdreams.org to request a child’s wish list! Plan on spending $175 per child you sponsor. Please deliver gifts WRAPPED by Monday, Dec 8th. Click here for additional information.
DONATE $175 (Prior to 12/16!) Be a Holiday Hero to as many children as you like – just give $175 for each child you wish to sponsor. Items on their wish list will be purchased by CYD elves with your generous contribution!
