Sign up today to volunteer students and stop summer learning loss during CYD’s six week academic camp: SummerQuest! Just click the link and sign up for one session or all! In order to begin summer tutoring, you must attend one of our summer tutor training sessions on Wednesday, May 25 from 6-7pm or Saturday, May 28 from noon to 1pm. We need volunteers after school Monday through Thursday to tutor elementary through high school students during the academic school year. We ask that you commit to volunteering weekly with the same group for the semester. For additional information please email Trae Haskins at trae@createyourdreams.org. Due to current COVID concerns, we do have volunteer limits in place for our space. Please keep this in mind when reaching out!
Nearly every Friday and Saturday we have Extra Hours programming that consists of clubs, service learning, and/or field trips around Atlanta. Hours for Extra Hours programming are typically Fridays from 3-7pm and Saturdays from 11am until 3pm. Days and times vary, please check our events calendar for details. We hold volunteer orientation sessions on the first Saturday of the month from 1-2pm at our studio at the King Plow Arts Center. Prior to attending a volunteer orientation session, or if you are interested in volunteering, please fill out the below volunteer forms or reach out to Trae Haskins at trae@createyourdreams.org.
